Finally, after sickness, health, backaches, internet woes, a gallery performance, wild parties, and a no-expenses-spared sea battle between zombie pirates and yours truly, here is the updated PDF guideline for giving your presentation. I think I have it all covered now, but don't hesitate to ask if there are any more questions.
