Yoga time

Julie Dumonteil is my girlfriend. She is smart, witty, beautiful, and also my copilot on the cuddle shuttle.

You've already seen pictures of her from my trips in France -- her pictures happen to be the most viewed in the gallery.

She beat me at arm wrestling and so now I have to do yoga with her for the rest of the week.

Today was the first session. It was sheer torture. One of my favorite poses was when while standing, you lift up a leg bent behind you, grab the ankle, stretch it out backwards and put the other hand out in front, hold it for three breaths, and then die.

It's called the funky shiva.
