Sammie's Obituary

Samuel Keith Bouchillon Jr.

Samuel Keith Bouchillon Jr., 28, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2004, at 12:15 p.m. from an acute illness at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro.

He was known as “Sammie” to his family and friends. A senior at MTSU, he was studying History and English Literature.

Sammie developed schizophrenia, an affliction which he battled and overcame every day. He was very loved and cherished by his family and friends and had a unique and caring bond with his sister Jennifer.

He is survived by sister Jennifer Seezen and her husband Christopher and her child Michael Bouchillon; as well as his sister Stacy Branyan; his parents Samuel Bouchillon Sr. and Gail Majors; and uncle Ronald Cecil Bunnell.

A memorial service will be held July 9 at 2 p.m. at the Brentwood Baptist Church, 7777 Concord Road, Brentwood, TN.
